The Wooly Games are coming, and we want you to be part of the action!
Purchase a ticket to reserve your seat in our studio space and spend the weekend watching six talented knitters go head-to-head in a race to knit their competition shawl. Bring along your own knitting, crochet, or favourite portable craft and enjoy two days of creativity, friendly competition, and community spirit with fellow makers.
Your ticket is more than just a seat — it's a donation to fight hunger in our community. Every dollar raised through ticket sales will go directly to the Picton Food Bank.
Pick your time slot to hang out and cheer on the contestants, enjoy the company of fellow crafters, and be part of an event that brings our community together for a very important cause.

🗓️ The Weekend Schedule
Saturday, November 14
8:00 a.m. — Let the Games Begin!
Contestants receive the secret competition pattern and have time to read it, review the instructions, and make notes. Patterns purchased through Ravelry will also be emailed to buyers at this time.
Our live stream begins at 8:00 a.m. on the Rosehaven Yarn YouTube channel.
9:00 a.m. — Needles Up!
The competition officially begins as our six contestants cast on their first stitches and start knitting their way toward the finish line.
12:15–12:45 p.m. — Lunch Break
Our contestants take a well-deserved break before getting back to their shawls.
12:45–5:00 p.m. — Back to the Knitting!
The needles keep flying! We'll be chatting with contestants, sharing interviews, and bringing you behind-the-scenes stories and highlights throughout the afternoon.
5:00 p.m. — Needles Down!
That's it for Day One! Contestants head off to their accommodations, while all projects, yarn, needles, and patterns remain safely at the studio until the competition resumes on Sunday. No sneaky late-night knitting allowed!
Sunday, November 15
9:00 a.m. — Needles Up Again!
The contestants return, pick up their projects, and get straight back to knitting.
12:15–12:45 p.m. — Lunch Break
Time to recharge before the final push.
12:45–3:30 p.m. — The Final Stitches
The pressure is on as our knitters work toward completing their shawls. Who will finish first? Who will keep their cool when the clock is ticking?
3:30 p.m. — Needles Down!
All knitting stops, and the contestants' projects are handed over to the judges for evaluation.
4:00 p.m. — And the Winner Is…!
Join us as we announce the Wooly Games champion and celebrate all six contestants who took on the challenge!
