It’s a Doodle Colour Work Yarn Party!!!

It's knitting season so that seems to warrant a Yarn Party, right??!!!
We are once again playing with the super fun Pacific Knit Company's Doodle Decks. They are just too much fun!
We will have lots of the Doodle Decks out to borrow charts from to create a cowl or try your hand at a hat or even a skirt like Lesley is working on with a Halloween theme!! Then you take the charts and plan your own special and completely unique patterns and colours. At the party we will be pulling the cards of charts from the deck and planning out your own design with coloured pencils and graph paper. Next dive into a giant bowl filled with 20 gram balls of colourful merino yarn to choose from.
Diane Richer our teacher extraordinaire and will be there to show you some tricks and techniques on colourwork knitting. Plus she is making some fabulous chili (1 beef chili & 1 chicken chili) for our lunch. Drinks and munchies will also be a part of the party.
Lesley will also be there to assist and work her colour magic with helping your find a great combo to create your cowl.
