This blend is made with 70% Maori wool (about 27 microns) and 30% Bergschaf wool (about 33 microns).
This batting is sold in 10 gram portions. Most small projects need at least 20 grams.
This product is priced per gram. (9 cents per gram for the wool.)
This blend is made with 70% maori wool from New Zealand and 30% bergschaf woolk from Austria. As always, all the materials are carefully selected to ensure constant quality over time. All maori wool lots are MULESING FREE.
The dyeing complies with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and is done in our dyeing house which is GOTS 5.0 and GRS certified.
*** This wool is washed before carding. Yet vegetal matters cannot be completely removed.
This blend is perfect for both needle and wet felting and spinning.
