Learn to knit your first pair of socks with a small group. You will have loads of support and a experienced teacher in Diane Richer to answer all your questions.
You will learn techniques for knitting in the round, ribbing, working a heel flap and gusset and the Kitchener stitch.
These socks will be made cuff down and will be using a worsted weight yarn. This make the knitting go a bit faster than using the thinner sock yarn and you will move through all the techniques in the 3 classes. This is an easily learned project that you can go on to use to knit the thinner socks with fingering weight sock yarn.
Material list will be emailed to you after you register.
The yarn is worsted weight and we will have a number of yarn choices and colours available at the shop with a 10% discount when you sign up for the class.
